1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.

2. How to Request

1. Log in to your Paddle customer portal or
2. Email info@reportedly.ai with the order number.

3. Processing Time

Refunds are issued via Paddle to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. It may take additional time for your bank to post the credit.

4. Prorated Refunds After 14 Days

Annual plans cancelled after the 14-day window receive a prorated refund for the unused months. Monthly plans are not prorated.

5. Chargebacks

Please request a refund before filing a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
