At minimum: a clear title, detailed steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, and any relevant screenshots or logs.

Can I attach screenshots or files?

No. This feature will be added in the future.

Does submitting a bug require an Azure DevOps license?

No—end users can submit bugs via Reportedly without needing a paid Azure DevOps seat; only the project owner needs the integration setup.
