Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Reportedly.ai (“Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, integrating the widget, or otherwise using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle provides all customer invoicing and handles any chargebacks or refunds in accordance with Section 8.

3. Account Registration

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your Azure DevOps PAT and any credentials used to access the Service.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the access to the widget from unauthorized use, e.g. by not exposing it to unauthorized persons.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Paid plans (Basic and Full) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are displayed on our pricing page and may change (with 30 days’ email notice).

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your Paddle customer portal or by contacting info@reportedly.ai. Access remains active until the end of the current paid period; no further charges will occur.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to scraping, sending spam, or uploading unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

7. Intellectual Property

Reportedly.ai retains all rights to the Service and related intellectual property. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process your submitted content solely to provide the Service.

8. Refunds & Chargebacks

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscriptions (see Refund Policy). Chargebacks filed without first requesting a refund may result in immediate account suspension.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. You agree that any dispute arising out of the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway.
